Our Return Promise

At A&G CLOTHING STORE LLC, we are dedicated to providing stylish apparel and reliable customer service. If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, you may request a return under the following terms.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unworn and in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or customized clothing.
Clearance and final sale items.
Gift cards.
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Refund Process

After your returned package has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the item received was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
